Any sloka or stotra to steady a very fast and unstable mind?
ReplyDeleteNamaskaram,
DeleteNaamajapam calms down the mind when done regularly. You can select any short mantra or Holy Name and chant regularly. This will slow down the mind and when coupled with meditation it will have a calming effect on the mind.
Hari Aum!
Superb

You are welcome, Sir!
DeleteHari Aum.
How sweet, humble and dedicated soul you are....I don't have words to say thanks for your enormously beautiful work...may God bless you.
ReplyDeleteIts kachad kanda malam... But in blog its "chalatkaNThamAlam".. So Whichone is right?
ReplyDeleteNamaskaram. I have noticed that difference too. I am not sure which one is correct. The version that I have says what you see on the blog.
Delete'kach' means to shine/bind, while 'chalat' means move. Perhaps you can sing it as kachat kaNTha mAlam that means the one with a shiny garland around his neck.
Hope this helps.
