Namaskaram! Welcome to this blog. Slokas and Mantras have been an integral part of my life. Some of my sloka books have become old and torn. Unable to find good replacements, I decided to blog some of the slokas, hoping they would help a few others too. I would be typing them myself, so kindly forgive me for any incorrect tamil and hindi/sanskrit transliterations and please keep visiting.
Wish you a great life ahead!

Sri Dakshinamurthy Ashtottaram
Sri Dakshinamurthy Ashtottaram Please add OM in the beginning and NAMAH at the end of every name.
Thanks for these names. However, the name "mahAyogine" appears 3 times in this namavali. Moreover, some of the names in here are not consistent with 'Sri Medha Dakshinamurthy Ashtottara Satanamavalli' audio from Prof. Thiagarajan and Scholars. Just wanted to let you know.
This blog by you is solely superb, I got all what is there and definitely good writing for people like me, who loves to learn things i miss in this fast and materialistic world

1. I have two questions, are Dakshinamurty and Brihaspathi the same?
2. In some texts Bhairavi/Thara mahavidya is/are considered as Dakshinamurthy's consort/s, then why is that one of his names in ashtotaranamavali says "bhamhachari"? Kindly enlighten me. Namaskaram.
