அஞ்சிலே ஒன்று பெற்றான்  - One, who is born out of one of the Five elements - Air - as He is the son of Vayu.
அஞ்சிலே ஒன்றைத் தாவி - One, who crossed one among the Five elements - Water - as Hanuman crossed the Ocean to reach Lanka.
அஞ்சிலே ஒன்றாறாக ஆரியர்க்காக  ஏகி - One, who used one among the Five elements, as the route or path (Here Aaru refers to Route or Vazhi in Tamizh) - Space - as Hanuman flew in Space while crossing the ocean to save the precious live of Sita Mata.(Also there is an allegory to this line, according to which, Sri Hanuman became part of the group of the five -Sita, Rama, Lakshmana, Bharatha and Shatrugna - thus becoming the famous group of Six.)
அஞ்சிலே ஒன்று பெற்ற அணங்கைக் கண்டு அயலாரூரில்  - One, who met a damsel (Sita Mata), who is born out of one of the Five elements - Earth - as Hanuman met Sita Mata (who is the daughter of Mother Earth), in an alien country.
அஞ்சிலே ஒன்றை வைத்தான் - One, who used (to burn down the city) one among the Five elements - Fire - as Hanuman burnt down the city of Lanka.
அவன் எம்மை அளித்துக் காபாப்பான் - that One (Sri Hanuman) will protect us by giving us strength and by destroying all evil affecting us.
