ॐ नमो भगवते दत्तात्रेयाय स्मरणमात्रसन्तुष्टाय

महाभयनिवारणाय महाज्ञानप्रदाय चिदानन्दात्मने 
mahAbhayanivAraNAya mahAgyAnapradAya chidAnandAtmane
बालोन्मत्तपिशाचवेषाय महायोगिने अवधूताय 
bAlonmattapishAchaveShAya mahAyogine avadhootAya
अनसूयानन्दवर्धनाय अत्रिपुत्राय ॐ भवबन्धविमोचनाय 
anasUyAnandavardhanAya atriputrAya om bhavabandhavimochanAya
आं असाध्यसाधनाय  हीं सर्वविभूतिदाय
