    2. Due to the medicine of chanting the names Achyuta, Ananta, Govinda all diseases crumble and vanish. This is the truth I say.
Achyuta, Ananta, Govinda, Vishnu, Narayana, Amruta, Dhanvantari, Hari, quickly destroy my diseases completely.
Achyuta, Ananta, Govinda, Dhanvantari, Hari,Vasudeva, completely destroy, destroy the diseases.
Somanatha, Vaidyanatha, Dhanvantari, Ashvinis,- whoever meditate on these gods early morning,- diseases do not touch them.
Note- I tried to translate as close to the original as possible, but the translation may not make good English sentences.

I am not aware of any specific rules or number of times this sloka has to be chanted. I shall include a note if I come across something like that.
